How do I place an order?


Ordering is easy! Just decide on the product you want, the paper type, size, how many, etc and then just call, email or instant chat us (bottom right) Not sure about your order? Contact us anyway and we'll help you and ask all the questions we need to get your order ready asap! :)




I’ve placed my order but just noticed a mistake on my artwork?


We completely understand mistakes happen! So if you've placed an order and it hasn't been processed then there'll be no charge and you can simply send us the updated file. If your job has been completed/processed we will unfortunately have a small charge.




How does money-back guarantee work?


Unhappy with your order? We'll refund all of your money or re-print it for free! We take pride in our customer service and satisfaction - that's why we're rated 5* on trustpilot!




How do I supply files for printing booklets/brochures?


We require single page PDF files in sequential order eg 1, 2, 3,etc, NOT as spreads, you don’t need to worry about how the booklet will work, we can do that for you.




Will you check that my leaflet folds correctly?


Yes anything that has a fold or perforation will be checked before the whole job is run.




Will you check my work before printing?


We triple check all jobs before printing - the last thing we want to do is print your job only to find out it's not how you wanted it! If for example you wanted a full image of your logo and the design you've sent intends that but the print area on our machines cut it off we'll ensure to resize your file so the full image shows - that's how dedicated we are to the perfect print job! If we're unsure we'll contact you :) We will always check your files before we print. If we find anything wrong with them in terms of quality, position, size etc. we will always contact you and advise you on the best way to sort it. If you can’t, we will offer a solution. Unfortunately we don’t check for spelling errors.




What are your operating hours?


We operate 7am - 11pm so you can email, call or chat with us between those times




Can I come to you in person?


Yes you are very welcome to pop in, one of our experienced staff will be more than happy to help and advise you.




What size do I need to supply artwork for large format banners or posters?


You can supply the file 4 times smaller in order for it to be easier and quicker to process. ie; a 2 metre x 1 metre banner can be supplied at 500mm x 250mm, we can then scale it up, without losing any quality. Chat with us and we'll guide you :)




What if my file is too big


No worries please forward your files to us using one of the file transfer websites such as wetransfer, mailbigfile, dropbox etc Get in touch for more info :)




Can you design my artwork?


If your order is over £100 yes for FREE! For orders under £100 we charge £20 and provide a range of optional designs along with 2 editting stages.




Do you print small 1 off print jobs?


Yes




Do you offer big print jobs


Yes, get in touch for discounted pricing! We've worked with numerous large brands!




Can I get my job same day or next day?


Yes we offer a next and same day print and delivery service. For same day you would need to supply the file asap (before 11am if you want it in the afternoon) and would have to collect it in store - unless you're in a 20 mile radius in which case we can deliver to you :) For next day you would need to supply the file to us before 12pm for us to send out on a next day delivery service. When will my order be delivered?


This depends on the service level that you have selected. Standard Turnaround
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed under our Standard Delivery option will be delivered within a maximum of 5-7 working days and in many cases will be delivered sooner. This is a guide only and is not subject to any warranty or condition.
Goods are usually dispatched either by parcel or pallet carrier depending on size of order and will require signing for at time of delivery. Express Turnaround Orders placed under our Express Delivery option incur a surcharge of 15% added at the time of checkout and you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days from the time the acknowledgement was sent.
The first working day commences on the working day a print ready PDF file is received by us provided it is received before 9.30am on that working day. If received after 9.30am then the first working day will commence the following working day. Panic turnaround If we’ve agreed a date and time – it will be ready for you as agreed! Same day/Next day Turnaround It's in the title! What happens if my order is late? In the unlikely event that part of your order isn’t despatched on time we’ll provide a credit of 15% of the items full value if Express turnaround has been selected and 25% credit if Standard turnaround has been selected. This credit can be redeemed off your next order. Your order will be delivered by our preferred partners APC Overnight who publish on-time performance of 99.8%, so if “1 in 500″ is too risky for you, please contact us to discuss delivering your order by dedicated vehicle.
